Service could have been better. There was a shortage of staff, but the staff available did try their best. I would not recommend this hotel as I feel that Campbletown as a town, is in need of refurbishment. The bar ran out of certain draught beers.

This was a friendly establishment where we couldn't find any reason to complain.

There is a feeling that location instead of service is what makes the hotel stay in business.
