allocated a disabled room with low sink etc which made us feel like oaps'.

the room was a little untidy and the bathroom was dirty

decor a bit dated and worn. breakfast service slow and bit disorganised. over all ok

Bed was way to hard, teapot had lots of dust on its lid! towels left over from last guests

No heating in my room. Had to wear my coat. Reported this when I woke at 6.45am. I was told the manager came on at 7am and would come up to room to try to turn the heaters on. I therefore had a quick shower and dressed for 7am. No-one came or telephoned. I reported it again to reception and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that she was a manager and I should have reported it the night before to get heaters. I explained I had come in late and went straight to bed. She said they were short staffed so no-one could come up to check the heating. I checked out early as I was so cold in the room. Very dissapointed with the service - even if they were not able to fix the heating I would have expected that they would do what they said or at least contact me to apologise. This spoiled what could have been a relaxing time. for me.
