very good breakfast, very friendly staff, very pleasant bar/restaurant area in the evening
The breakfast is just ok, nothing special. The price of the hotel parking a bit too high.

Hotel Billard Place was a typical and good cheap hotel room well located near the central station
The room was very dark, and they could use stronger bulbs in the reading lamps.

It was suited in the centre of the city and had all the venue's on walking distance
The only thing has to be the smell in the elevator which i suppose comes up from the sewers.
