The room was small and outdated, with frayed and worn carpets, dirty paintwork and the cleanliness was below the expected standard, dirt behind fridge, dust on bathroom surfaces and under desk. The hotel is overpriced by French standards and is in need of modernisation. It appears basically one star with air con and a dubious fridge. There were no plugs in either bath or sink. In the room there were only 5 electrical sockets, including one in the bathroom and three permanently in use for the fridge bedside lamp and TV. There were bare wires in a switch above the bed. Do not use room 111! We had breakfast on one day and tables were left uncleaned, the coffee machine did not work properly (no cafe au lait or esspresso).
