The room, bed sheets,blankets, pillow cases, the floor, the bathroom were all dirty.We were told to change the dirty bed sheets ourselves because the staff was busy. Bathroom was worn out. The washbasin and shower tub were terrible. Breakfast was late and very slow. There was no black tea at breakfast and the staff wasn't friendly at all.
