breakfast was very disorganized, we had to clear away dirty dishes ourselves before using tables

The staff were rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant. No attention was paid to customer care whatsover by the staff. Upon arrival and checking in none of the facilities within the hotel were explained and it was not pointed out where the bar and restaurant were located. Furthermore, the entertainment in the bar at night was awful and the bar staff were downright rude.
