Nice layout of lobby. Good food. Well organized. Approachable staff, even the training staff.
Residents being kicked out of the front bar at 12.30 friday night. They served us a drink and told us we had to drink it in the reception because they had to get ready for a wedding party coming in at 1.30am. It was a 4 star hotel and this was totally unacceptable. Then after this my husband found out he was shortchanged at the bar. No a pleasant experience
