The kitchen bar staff seemed disorganized and service was slow. There was a daylight savings time hour change during our stay but no notice was provided by the staff. There was no clock in the room. The pool required swimming caps - I've never heard of this in a hotel pool. The pool area had a strange smell in the evening. The restaurant staff seemed too eager. - while finishing our meal we were asked 4 times if we were "ok" in the space of half an hour.
