The grounds were lovely, most of the staff friendly. Pool area lovely, esp kids pool.
The smell of stale smoke lingered for several days, obviously used previously by a heavy smoker.

The restaraunt was in the lobby, as was the bar!!! No where to sit and relax and have a drink.

we stayed in a family suite which was the size of a 2 bedroom apartment.best ever
There was no little extras in the room e.g. bottled water, biscuits, bathrobes
