And this was after we complained about the first room and got changed to another slightly better one. The phone in the first room were allotted didn't work and the shower head was completely broken. As well as that we nearly fell over a huge bunk bed right inside the door after I specifically asked for a double room not a family room. The second room we were given still had the ugly bunk beds but was slightly bigger so at least we didn't break our neck getting in the door. Also I was going to a wedding and I needed an iron and I had jump through hoops to get it, usually not a problem in most hotels across Europe that I've stayed in.
