The service was poor (facilities were good). For the price of this hotel in Poland the service should be so much better - the room key did not work, reservations for meals were all incorrect, checking out was a long process due to a lack of itemised billing. The hotel does not have the customer as its key focus - everything looks good but without the customer service it is pointless. I will not re
