The spa facilities are great. The grounds look very pretty albeit through pouring rain!
i needed the room from 17.00 till the nex day 17.00. when called them b4 booking they said it wud b ok and will charge an additional 50pounds. they messed it up and i had 2 hav my meeting in the cafe at the hotel. they messed my whole plan. not amused at all. very dissappointed with the out com as they shud hav told me in advance so i cud hav booked in 4 two nights. i did not mind paying extra.
