I arrived at 3 pm and had to wait until 5 pm to get into my room, which I did not complain, but then the following day, I wanted to take a boat trip, and asked to extend my check out time for 30 minutes at 1230. Then the reception replied that there is someone checking-in at 1300, and therefore asked me to check-out before I leave for the boat at 830. The schedule for the boat is not my fault and where I had to wait until 5pm, I found this very unfair.

I would have liked a bigger towel to dry my hair after my shower. A minor inconvenience.

Lift was very small, room could be cleaned better as under bes and behind curtains was filthy
