The staff were all very pleasant and helpful however the bedroom was incredibly noisy - I believe it was situated above the kitchens, nothing but clattering underneath us. Bar area in desperate need of a clean up. Food pleasant but not 'out of this world' and they did not have some things that were shown on the menu. Breakfast was very tasty, but a childs size portion and not much choice on the continental side, great if your not looking for a breakfast to set you up for the day. Billing was incorrect (although rectified without question) on checking out. Looked forward to a room with it's wooden floors and modern feel as shown in picture on website however got a room from the 1800's. All in all quite a dissapointing stay. Not the worse place in the world but certainly not priced like for like when compared to two other hotels directly in the same area and of a much higher standard.
