The lack of a rate per person meant that the cost for three did not refect good value for money.

Was a bit disappointed that we did not get a room with a river view.

Lack of attention to detail - this hotel could be so much better as it is in a perfect location for Norwich city centre, something much needed in Norwich. Some examples of very many shortcomings that I would expect without question in a hotel of this standard - only one bath robe (probably unwashed as there was a tissue in the pocket), toiletries not replenished on two night stay, bin not emptied despite having a discarded sandwich in it, we were not made to feel particularly welcome after a long and tiring drive, rear entrance to hotel from car park gives bad impression as not very well kept etc etc etc... Our room looked tired and in need of some maintenance. Door handle, toilet roll holder falling off, grubby marks on carpets/furniture etc.Staff don't appear well trained - we were not even asked on departure whether everything was ok and of we had had a good stay. Surely this wouldn't be too much trouble?
