Views from bedroom window. Comfortable bed. Staff at breakfast were friendly
We had stayed at this hotel in March when it was being decorated, all meals etc. were served in the breakfast room. We decided to try again this July. Both times the residential guests were asked to come to dinner at 630pm, which is a bit early for us normally. This time as the coach guests were being served their meal in the back dining room we were told that it would be served later in the bar as the dining room was full. While we appreciate that the coach parties are financially important to the hotel, we were concerned at the apparent lack of a plan for residentials to eat. We would have the coach guests coming out to sit a t the bar while we were still eating which we were not happy with. There needs to be an area for residential guests and also clear guidelines as to what times their meals would be available. This concern was raised at the time.
